OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a supervisory capacity within the accounting department. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
*Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
*Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
*Coordinate the month-end closing process and assist in audits.
*Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
*Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
*CPA or equivalent certification.
*Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting.
*Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
