This position provides operational and administrative support to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, ensuring the proper execution of processes related to contingent workforce management, operational compliance, and internal and external client support. This role acts as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support to the MSP program, ensuring compliance with processes, policies, and SLAs.
Coordinate and follow up on requisitions, onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes for contingent talent.
Support communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in management systems (VMS, operational reports, databases).
Track operational issues and escalate them in a timely manner when necessary.
Support the preparation of operational reports, metrics, and program KPIs.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and compliance guidelines within the MSP program.
Participate in follow-up calls with clients and suppliers, providing operational and administrative support.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure efficient and aligned processes.
Profile Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous experience (1–3 years) in operational, administrative, or coordination roles, preferably within MSP programs, staffing, or contingent workforce environments.
Knowledge of workforce management, staffing, or vendor management processes (preferred).
Experience working with VMS platforms and reporting tools (preferred).
Advanced English (required).
Advanced Brazilian Portuguese (required).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
