Receive and respond to inbound customer messaging requests; gather and verify required information regarding bank accounts, by the moment is going to be primary chat, phone will be added in the future and candidates must know.

Is going to be primary costumer service but fraud is going to be added in the future.

Requirements HighSchool Diploma 6 months of call center experience with proven chat experience required all center experience of 6
– months supporting banking/collections/fraud *preferred Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
