Descripción Del Trabajo

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
+2 years of experience in digital consulting, Customer Experience (CX), or UX roles
Strong knowledge of customer-centered design and user experience principles
Experience designing Customer Journeys and conversational experiences
Knowledge of contact center platforms: Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone
Familiarity with Salesforce, Sprinklr, Microsoft or Google tools (nice to have)
Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Advanced English (C1)
