What You’ll Do
Assist customers via phone and email with purchases, orders, and general inquiries
Provide knowledgeable, professional guidance on precious metals products
Resolve service issues efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Support sales initiatives and build long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Customer service or sales experience (finance or investment experience a plus, not required)
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in-office in Jacó, Costa Rica
