Descripción Del Trabajo
Description We are looking to add a virtual full
– time setter to join our team.
Our business buys and sells vacant land across the US.
We generate around 100
– 150 leads a month (between cold calling and direct mail) and need a full
– time appointment setter that gets to our leads quickly (within 5 minutes) and books qualified prospects onto the closer’s calendar.
You will also be responsible for following up with new and old
– aged leads.
What you’ll do • Call every new lead within 5 minutes and leave a voicemail, text, and email if they don’t pick up.
• Follow our call cadence: 3 calls a day until we’ve tried 21 times or connected – then 3 a month.
• Qualify leads via motivation + price (you will receive training for this).
• Adhere to our script and book qualified prospects onto the closer’s calendar.
• Log every call.
Calls are recorded and I review them with you.
Pay $2,000/month base plus 2% of the gross profit on every deal that comes from an appointment you booked – paid when we sell the property.
For example, a deal that makes $20,000 in gross profit pays you $400.
Hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Mountain Time (US).
Who I’m looking for • Confident on the phone.
You like talking to strangers and stay calm when a seller pushes back.
• Real sales experience: cold calling, appointment setting or phone sales.
• A quick learner who picks up a script fast and takes feedback well.
• Hard working and motivated.
You follow up without being reminded.
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication.
This job is not for you if • You’re shy on calls.
• You’ve never done sales or calling.
• You need someone to chase you to get things done.
• You don’t speak English fluently.
What you need • Fast internet with a backup for power and internet cuts.
• A quiet room and a headset.
• Comfortable in a CRM.
GoHighLevel is a plus.
How to apply: Apply on Computrabajo and I’ll message you the application form.
It takes about 10 minutes and includes a short Loom video of you reading a call opener.
Take your time on the written answers.
I only review applications that include the video.
