About the Role:
This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional looking to grow in a fast
– paced, international B2B environment, targeting clients in the U.S.

market.

Position Objective:
Responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities in the U.S.

market through proactive outbound prospecting and effective lead qualification, supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify potential clients based on defined criteria (ICP)
Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up
– to
– date records in company systems
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
Document interactions and meeting outcomes, and ensuring timely follow
– ups

KPIs & Targets:
Monthly target: 5+ qualified meetings (SQLs)
Pipeline generation and conversion metrics

Compensation:
Competitive base salary (based on experience)
Performance
– based incentives for exceeding monthly targets
Additional commissions for leads converted into closed business

Requirements
Mandatory:
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).

Proven experience in B2B prospecting or outbound sales.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with lead databases and prospecting tools.

Preferred:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in prospecting and lead generation for the BPO / Contact Center industry (US Market).

Skills:
Highly organized and results driven.

Strong ability to communicate value clearly and persuasively.

Resilient and comfortable with cold outreach.

Ability to work with international clients (U.S.

market).
